Very nice hotel and staff. The room was spacious and very clean. I was welcomed with a cheese plate and small bottle of wine - really nice touch. My only complaint is you can not control your own room's thermostat - it is controlled remotely by staff at front desk. It took a few tries to get it to the temperature I was most comfortable with (because I had to convert Celsius to Farenheit), but the staff was very nice when I would call to request an adjustment. Overall, very nice hotel and would definitely recommend to other visitors

The staff - everyone was very welcoming, warm and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained with a very nice restaurant. It is in a quiet and safe area with easy access to Uber rides. Room was spacious with great amenities. Breakfast had a lot of choices- really great! I highly recommend this hotel. Reasonably priced for a 5 star accommodation. Keep up the great work!

Very clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Located very close to a main line metro station which gave easy access to all parts of the city we wanted to visit. Some great cafes close by providing various breakfast options. No ironing board provision at the hotel but they did offer an ironing service for a reasonable fee. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This was a good hotel in a quiet area, although it’s a good location to Uber from to other parts of the city. The bar is nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
