Terrible service no english at all. Water is complementary in room however 3 times in 3 days ended up myself went to reception to refill and i could not get 2 in same time and each one was around 400ml. Super dangerous bath top no anti slippery inside and very dangerous for oldies. Staff did not understand english at all. Each time we asked something from reception nothing would happen and we should go down in front of reception to get what we want. 3 times they did not even answer the phone in reception. Hotel is all about comfort and conveniences however this hotel did not have them. 1 elevator was down and everytime tours arrived and for while waitinf for one elevator to work. Breakfast was awfull and incomplete and 15euro per person and extra for fried egg. Breakfast supposed to be till 1030 and we went first day around 930 and half of there was empty and not refilled. Bath hose was very hard to set warm water and went too cold or too hot very quickly. First night we asked for 2 sleepers and till now we are in airport even they did not say sorry we have not provided. Awfull awfull service.

Amazing staff and good location. Close to metro walking distance of the Restauradores and Rossio Square. Only letdown was the internet which needs an overhaul

I had high expectations for the Turim Marques. Was very disappointed at the inferior bed and worst pillows which were hard and lumpy. I felt like i was sleeping in a cabin in the woods. Woke up with neck and back pain. A 4 star hotel should have pillow menu or at least a couple of choices when it comes to pillow softness. I called the front desk and they flatly replied all pillows arw the same. When i arrived, there was a severe rain storm warming. I asked the front desk for an umbrella. Their rxcuse was peope keep taking them.and they ran out. I would suggest to simply buy more and register umbrella take outs. I get cold shoulders. As a result, i got soaked and caught a cold. In thr end, i bought one and gave it to the hotel as a gift after checking out. In addition, the hot water is inconsistent. It took 40 minutrs to fill the bath tub! All un all. Not impressed. Bad value for the money. All style no substance.

Modern hotel with good decor & helpful, friendly staff. Good location near Metro station, please note if you are disabled virtually none of the lifts work on the Metro system. ( NOT the fault of the hotel - same everywhere )

Close to metro. Safe area. Clean hotel. Street noise if you are a light sleeper. Very heavy scent in lobby and rooms. If you are sensitive to perfumes or heavy scents, this might not be for you.

Room is too hot I even shut down the AC and open the window for fresh air , but my room is facing the street which is very noisy especially in the midnight. Also the water temperature is hard to control, always too hot or suddenly cold. I asked for the black tea bag but they couldn’t get it to me. All else’s are good.

Comfortable stay with great staff

A very comfortable stay. Breakfast was a great selection and always plenty there. Staff were very attentive and helpful. A couple of points that could be improved were that there was no option to keep towels for more than one day. They were washed and replaced every day which seems excessive and not very environmentally friendly. The lighting in the room was a bit dim but otherwise a very good stay and would visit again.
