We stayed 2 nights. I was sick the day we spent there. My husband walked to the grocery store and picked up some food that I could from the room. In the afternoon he went down to ask if we could have a plate. They wouldn't give us one. Ridiculous. I won't stay there again.

TERRIBLE smoke smell in my room. I checked in late in the evening, around 10 pm and am at the end of my time in Portugal. This hotel was the absolute worst way to end my trip. The second I opened my room door the NASTY smell of smoke hit me. Since I checked in so late and have an early flight, I didn’t bother to ask the staff to switch my room because I don’t have time for the hassle. I opened the window but it’s very loud and doesn’t do much for the smoke smell stuck in the carpets, curtains, beds, and walls. So disgusting and worst hotel I’ve stayed at. When I checked out and told the staff the room smelled like smoke, they looked at me like I was crazy and barely mustered a “sorry.” ??? Terrible terrible terrible.

Great nights sleep on airport layover. A bit out of the way to go exploring as we’d come from the airport and the nearest subway is at the airport so we just chilled here. There’s a very handy Lidl supermarket with excellent bakery 2 minutes walk away and we used Bolt Food for a pizza delivery. Room had a noxious smell so we left the window open for several hours to reduce thst pong. Walls are scuffed in a number of places and the carpet by the skirting boards didn’t look too clean, neither was the wall by the toilet as there was a blood mark visible. Beds were comfortable, shower was perfect and there were tea making facilities in the room. Staff on reception were friendly. Overall a good stay but the room needs painting and cleaning more thoroughly and the smell needs to be gone!

This was a very run of the mill, no added frills hotel. If you are simply looking for a shower and place to rest your head, no complaints about the hotel! My only complaint is there was only 1 front desk worker and constantly a line. So to check in took about 30 minutes. Then when we got to the room and realized there was only 1 towel it was another 30 minutes. Very basic, but cheap uber ride to the airport.

Comfortable beds/room for one night before flying out of Lisbon. Very limited availability of restaurants (one a14 min walk) but grocery stores nearby. Overall, happy we stayed there.
