Central location
The hotel is central & along the main road: about 30 mins on foot or by bus or netro. Very helpful & friendly receptionists.. Nice daily treats at receprion: hot tea & pastel de nata! Breakfast is varied & well displayed. Service is incredible! Comfortable room & eco- friendly measures evident. Highly recommended

Great staff, bad smell in room
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room looked fine, but there was a bad mildew smell, and the walls in the bathroom did not look clean. I only stayed for one night before an early flight so it was fine for such a short time.

There was no staff available gor maintenance. Aircon was faulty and tbe reception only had 1 person who had no clue how to handle the situation.

Staff was nice but very basic facilities: duvet on the bed without sheets or adjustable blankets, lumpy pillows, few TV options and no streaming services, no soft-close toilet seat, thin walls permit lots of noise transmitted, taxi drivers park across the street talk loudly overnight, not that convenient to the airport.

Perfect for one night
Nice stay for our final night before coing to the airport. Room was large, comfy bed and Nice bathroom. Easy parking and very friendly staff.

Hôtel réservé pour une nuit avant notre retour à la maison. Hôtel situé proche de l'aéroport et dans un quartier ou plusieurs immeubles sont abandonnés. Acceuil à la réception OK mais sans plus. Chambre située au 2e étage= le couloir avec des tapis qui sont sales à plusieurs endroits. Odeur bizarre dans le couloir et en ouvrant la chambre. Chambre ordinaire et très sombre les murs sales à plusieurs endroits. En soirée beaucoup de bruits aux alentours de l'hôtel. Le matin avant notre départ j'ai même trouvé une punaise de lit dans la salle de bain. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel même pas pour une nuit!
