Exceptional location in the heart of the best shopping in Lisbon only steps away. Great onsite restaurant with fabulous breakfast and other meals. Room is clean and bed comfortable despite padding which in all honesty was not great. Bathroom could be a little bigger but shower is wonderful with good water pressure.

great Hotel in an excellent location. Dining and breakfast at the hotel restaurant were excellent. In the center of downtown. The only negative was the soft bed mattress which did not suit me personally.

Great location. Ok service. The TV turned on during the early morning 4am without prompt. Also bathroom was very tiny. Queen bed is really two small twins pushed together. Not sure if it measures up to a 5 star hotel

Our second stay at this Sofitel. Having spent a month travelling through Portugal I can say Sofitel has THE most comfortable beds - soft sheets/firm mattress/nice pillow. Ahhhh! I slept well I love this location for ease of sight seeing, shopping, grabbing a quick glass of vinho verde. The front desk team took good care of us and we greatly appreciated the warm acqueil and pleasant stay. Perfect. A perfect first night and last night of our trip. :)
