The incredibly friendly (Amazing) staff helped us make the most of our stay in Sintra. Great recommendations on ticket purchases for tours and options for restaurants. The hotel location in the heart of Sintra is ideal for visiting all the palaces.

Lacking some basic amenities such as bath mat and wash-cloth and charging to replace coffee pods in our room for the next day’s stay. Excellent breakfast. Otherwise a pleasant experience overall.

This is a good stay; I would come back without hesitation. Parking in hotel parking lot was a challenge but available. Street parking seemed abundant after hours so it may he preferable.

A perfect stay in Sintra

The hotel is charming and centrally located. Sintra is a beautiful city with many enchanting palaces to see. The city is very walkable. In Sintra, the Uber and taxi fares' costs were reasonable. Ella, our hotel receptionist, gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. The buffet breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend the Sintra Boutique Hotel if you are visiting Sintra, Portugal.

I recently stayed at Sintra Boutique Hotel and had a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. A special mention goes to Rafael’s and Teresa at the front desk. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always had a friendly smile. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any of my requests, they made my stay even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests really stood out. Rafaela went above and beyond helping me to buy tickets for a bus that goes from Sintra to Porto. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay. I will definitely return!
