The hotel and amenities were great. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was spacious as well. The rooftop pool was almost always full, but it’s to be expected as the views are amazing. There didn’t seem to be a ton to do right near the hotel, but the subway station is a short walk away.

This establishment was top notch, not just from the property itself, BUT MAINLY the PERSONNEL there really do go above & beyond to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. THEY WERE PHENOMENAL, from concierges Karim Aly & Elise Pena, to bar mgr. Jesse James, Patricia at Garden restaurant, Felipa in spa & Mgr. Sandra. FANTASTIC! WILL DEF. stay there again! La peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida. Reservé un cuarto premium a través de Hotels.com para disfrutar 4 noches en Lisboa con mi esposa. Al llegar me asignaron un cuarto en la primera planta a la calle , sobre una de las avenidas más transitadas de Lisboa (quiero consignar que pese a mi privilegio gold tampoco me dieron upgrade solicitado). Al entrar al cuarto , con él ruido ensordecedor de sirenas , ambulancias o bomberos qué pasaban pido que por favor se me cambie de cuarto, me responden qie el hotel estaba lleno pero al día siguiente lo harán, el próximo día vjvl a llamar y me piden disculpas diciendo que el cambio lo harán el próximo día. Les explico que las sirenas nos despiertan 3 a 4 veces en la noche. El día siguiente tampoco me realizan el cambio y el último día, me apersono al front desk y el manager on duty llamado Karim de mala manera me dice que debo dirigirme a la dirección General y hacer el reclamo.... conclusión 4 noches sin dormir habiendo pagado mas de 1100 euros . Desecpcionante y la peor experiencia en un hotel en toda mi vida.

A pretty much faultless experience. The staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were cool and of a decent size. The rooftop pool was well-serviced throughout. I particularly liked the welcome trio of cakes and the way the rooftop pool staff handed out complimentary snacks to people on sun-loungers.
