Lovely boutique hotel right off Rossio Plaza. The staff was excellent as was the room and proximity to the train, buses, dining and shopping. The only drawback was the view was into a building being refurbished, but was in a state of disrepair. I liked the quirky view of the dilapidated building and nesting pigeons, but hubby wasn't amused.

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Our room overlooked Rossio Plaza and the subway line is only a block or two away. There are restaurants, shopping and sites all within walking distance (be forewarned of Lisbon’s hills!). We were greeted with pastries and port wine and the staff gave us sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was also good. The only suggestions I would give the hotel would be to install USB outlets in the rooms and a shelf in the shower.

My review is based on my overall experience. The property itself is very traditional with a modern twist very small room but comfy. Wifi was very slow. The actual room was not located in the main building but couple steps away.. The staff makes an experience extra special and sadly they were poor with making us feel welcome..The guy that walked me to the room had an attitude when I asked if there was an elevator. I personally will not stay here again but it is certainly not the worse. Centrally located to the river and castle and lots of dining options.

This hotel was perfect! Right in the center of everything you could possibly want walking distance. The room was comfortable stylish and modern. At night the area was quiet. The staff was very helpful when asking recommendations or reservations.

Our room is spacious and most importantly the room is cleaned everyday. The location is the best, close to all kinds of transport, walkable to most tourist spots. Staff is very helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Rossio Plaza is a cute little boutique in a great location. The staff were attentive and kind. The room I stayed in was tight quarters but most time should be spent outside of the room enjoying all that Lisbon has to offer!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They also surprised my hubby with a beautiful birthday cake in our hotel room. The hotel is in close to many wonderful shops and restaurants. A great stay. Central location, excellent view onto the square, good sized room. Air conditioning isn’t good, so it can be a noisy sleep with the window opening onto the square. I’d still recommend staying here.
