This property was fantastic, except the construction behind and over it made it noisy and you had to walk under scaffolding to get to the other group of rooms BUT don’t let that stop you from staying here. Great location and the staff are amazing and helpful. Room was very small, but had everything needed and more.

The property is in a great location. The staff when we checked in was lovely. Did not like the fact that we were moved to a building that had stairs to reach the elevators due to some physical conditions. Also, we were misinformed by concierge about road closures, we were told we would have to take the subway or bus to the airport the morning we were to check out and we left in hast. Luckily, we waved down a taxi on our way to the subway station and were told that this was not the case.

Location: great location, close to everything. Rossio train station is 5 minutes walk Groceries that you can grab some drink or snack is on the back road from Rossio station to hotel. Restaurant cafe and main attractions are all in walkable distance. Cleanliness: the room was nice, clean and comfort. Shower room has basic amenity (such as shower gel&shampoo, shower cap, hair dryer but other amenity like toothbrush, toothpaste you will need to prepare yourself which I think it become new standard for most 3 stars hotel after COVID and this is not really bother me. Noise: even though hotel locate in the main tourist area but at night time there is no noise that disturb you from street. However, the noise from next room could get though the wall but acceptable level for me. Check in: It was ok. We arrive earlier than check in time so the room was not ready. Staff help to keep the bags and inform that they will put the bags in the room once it ready. One point though the hotel advertise that there are complimentary egg tart and port wine at arrival by reception. The staff who took our bag when we arrive inform that they will give out egg tart and port once we back to get the key which there is no offer when we return. For us it doesn’t matter because we already have so much food while we out and wait for the room to be ready. However, for other that might expect it could be a bit of down point for first impression. In All, I would recommend this hotel

Had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs before getting to a slow tiny elevator, room is small, hard to navigate, almost hit my head on the free hanging t.v. a few times, a blood spot on my sheet. Really disappointed to pay so much money for a hotel that has a good location, relatively good breakfast, and not much else
