One of the best things about this hotel is the staff. They are very kind and helpful. The hotel is one street away from Rua Augusta where you can find dozens of stores and restaurants. Transpiration is very close by whether you’re taking the Metro or a bus. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. I actually wouldn’t consider staying at any other hotel in Lisbon!!

We had stayed there last week on arrival & everything was lovely. This time we were put on the side that did not have first floor elevator, The front desk fellow helped carry both our bags to our room- very helpful But we had to drag 2 heavy bags down a large flight of stairs. Beds on this side were not great & sheets only came up half way. Not the best stay for our last day in Lisbon.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Close to water and attractions in area. Lots of dining close by. No parking, Uber was easy. One improvement could be a better blackout blind very bright hotel lights across the street and blinds allow light to leak on top and sides.

Convenient for walking to main tourist attractions and metro/train stations. Construction on the building next to it covered up the window so it was a very dark room. It was cute and adequate, but smell of sewage in entryway was unpleasant. The hotel staff are very friendly and offer portuguese pasteries and port wine upon arrival, as well as restaurant and tourism recommendations.

Very convenient location. Small hotel. Not a lot of amenities but that isn't why you stay here. Could walk everywhere. We asked for 2 single beds as we were friends travelling together. Unfortunately, they couldn't give us one with 2 beds so we squeezed into a Queen bed together. Not optimal.

We loved our room, the location of the hotel (walking distrance to everything we wanted to see), the breakfast and especially the staff. There was an employee whose name I wish I remembered. He was extremely helpful, especially when I left my phone in a local restaurant. He was also very friendly and made a wonderful impression on us.

The Rossio Plaza Hotel was clean and really conveniently place to walkable distance to many attractions. The offer a breakfast with lots of choices in pastries, fruits , yogurt and eggs and more. Great place to stay for the price. I would go back !

Good location near the sites of Lisbon but the rooms are super small so ok for a few nights; breakfast overpriced at 15 euros per person but delicious!

The hotel staff provided exceptional and very genuine service. They were very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the Metro, the waterfront, shopping and lots of good pastry shops. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again.
