We loved this hotel and the staff! They were very helpful with all of our needs. The only complaint is that the coffee and beverages in our room were not restocked daily. Our last morning there we had no more coffee and had no time to get it elsewhere prior to our departure to the airport. Everything else was top notch!

I spent at this hotel 2 nights.The position is great,just in the center of Lisbon,staff very kind.My room was quite small,I was on my own,so I managed the space,but for 2 people it won’t be enough.The hotel is also no cheap in comparison to nearby hotels.

The hotel itself was fine—clean, well-located, and comfortable enough. However, the front desk staff were quite rude, which negatively impacted our experience. We arrived early and, understanding that check-in wasn’t available yet, asked politely if they could let us know when a room became ready. We never heard back. Later, we returned about an hour before official check-in, only to be told early check-in still wasn’t possible. Yet we watched at least seven other guests check in early right after us. It felt dismissive and unfair, especially since we’d made our request hours earlier. A little courtesy and consistency would have made a big difference.

Stayed before and it was wonderful (May 24) but this not as good the “new wing” was a little disappointing from the room we stayed in last year. Worn bed sheets with holes in and a view of the internal scaffolding 🙌

Staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, professional and went well above our expectations to help out with our questions, suggestions and my own cell phone issues. Location was great, walkable to many attractions, bars and restaurants. Room was clean and again, staff was so warm and friendly and made us feel welcome to our first visit to Lisbon. Would highly recommend and hope to come back and stay again!

We were pleased to see that the room looked exactly like the pictures online. We were in the annex section room 207 and had great views of the Rossio Plaza and the street having one window on each side. I especially liked that the windows opened, but when closed had great soundproofing. It was a wonderfully central location with easy access to dining, shopping and sightseeing. We had a comfy queen size bed. The room and bath were small but well appointed and very cozy. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water and very nice towels. Just note there are no facecloths. Our room was right by the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good. We had paid ahead for it to be included with our 3 night stay. Housekeeping was good. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with information and booking us a tour to Sintra. They spoke English very well. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and to stay here again.

Excellent Hotel for exploring Lisbon

The Rossio Plaza Hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Lisbon. It was accessible to everything in old town including the metro and buses. The staff was excellent and so helpful no matter what I needed. The room was comfy, the bed very good, although it was a tight fit for one person.
