Fantastic stay.
What a great stay. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The check in was quick and efficient. They offered us a welcome drink that we used on the second night. They also offered a nightly wine tasting and we also were greeted in the room with a small tray of goodies and a bottle of wine. The included breakfast was delicious. They offered a large buffet of items and a menu of included hot items from the kitchen. On the last day when we offer slept by several hours the front desk called to make sure we were ok and reassured us that it was no problem and even wanted to know if we had a flight to catch so they could help us. This will be our only place to stay while in Lisbon from now on!! Booking with hotels.com also got us a 50€ food and drink credit at the hotel

It was not a 5star stay. It was 4 star at best. Room was ok but had huge water stain from bathroom above and smelled bad because of it. No one from hotel checked the room on with us to see how it was going. We didn’t want to go through hassle of changing room. Not a 5 star experience. Also our room could hear street noise regardless of the windows. Woke us up at 1:30am twice. The staff was friendly when I interacted with them and good bartenders.

This is an amazing hotel with excellent staff. It is in a very noisy section of the city however, so if you need peace and quiet, this may not be the hotel for you. At least request not to have your room face the alleyway or the front of the hotel. Take the free wine class. Breakfast was amazing!

From start to finish, our stay at Palacio Ludovice was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean and we found staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. It is also centrally located and close to many dining and shopping options. The room was also remarkably quiet, with shutters muting the foot traffic outside. We can’t wait to visit again!
