This is an amazing hotel with excellent staff. It is in a very noisy section of the city however, so if you need peace and quiet, this may not be the hotel for you. At least request not to have your room face the alleyway or the front of the hotel. Take the free wine class. Breakfast was amazing!

From start to finish, our stay at Palacio Ludovice was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean and we found staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. It is also centrally located and close to many dining and shopping options. The room was also remarkably quiet, with shutters muting the foot traffic outside. We can’t wait to visit again!

Everything was top tier (including the location!). But, the staff’s friendliness and warmth stood out as the personal touch that made our experience there magical. We were dumb enough to leave our passports in the safe, and we had left to Porto. They reached out immediately and are helping us retrieve them in Porto. We are very grateful for their kindness.
