Good hotel and very friendly staff!

The stay was comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is at a location which is closer to many nice pubs and restaurants. The body lotion quality definitely needs improvement as it’s just like water and the room did not have any creamer for making coffee or tea, nor was it provided by the hotel. Overall I would recommend it as the service and staff was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Our room was a very good size, bathroom was very nice, we had a little fridge and an easy to use safe for our valuables. A kettle with coffee and tea provided, water also for the fridge. If you choose to have breakfast i recommend you try at least once, cooked and continental options available. Would definitely return!

Very basic place, nothing fancy or remarkable. Small but efficient and clean rooms. Amenities and staff service are well below average. Cost effective place for a quick night or two in central Lisbon. Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.

Average hotel. Lovely front desk staff. Close to airport and not too far from center. Rooms are small, and so close to next room that you hear all the hall noise. Did not like the powdered coffee option with no milk or cream, small detail but important to us.

Great hotel for a quick visit to Lisbon. Hotel is clean, rooms are good, breakfast is great and the reception staff are friendly. Just had an issue with the room not cleaned when we got back late at night but the receptionist sorted out fresh towels for us.

Modern hotel in Lisbon

The hotel was very clean and new, the reception staff were friendly and the location was good, I didn't just like the restaurant’s employees, they checked your plate frequently which is not nice.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Multiple buses pass by the hotel, it would be helpful to have information for visitors regarding such options. It is important to note that the taxi service that the hotel call to transport me back to the airport robbed be by intentionally over-charging me. He said that it is 40 euros when on multiple occasions I was told it is 25 euros. Not Hotel's fault but be aware and perhaps communicate to the taxi company.. If in Lisbon, would definitely return to this hotel.

Nice Place to Stay

The hotel and room felt newly renovated, very clean, modern and nicely appointed. The price for our stay was very reasonable (late Jan 2025). Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was central and easy to get to.
