Our stay was great! Two things to note: we received a wake up call one morning when we didn’t ask for one and at times we received towels that had stains on them. Also, we got caught in the rain one day and asked for 4 towels but only received two. It’s a great small and modern hotel not too far from the main areas of attraction in Lisbon.

Overall, it was great, the only thing is, be sure to take the included breakfast in the package, because in Lisbon it is very difficult to find where to eat, especially in the pre-New Year days (25-27 december). Also, do not choose the economy room, it is very small and there is no normal table for work, and there is no balcony. The only table that is there is full of a kettle, a telephone and a coffee machine. I haven't figured it out completely, but my safe code reset in the morning, I tried to enter it, but the alarm went off. The service is pleasant, hospitable. And I would visit it again, but in another room breakfast 😊

The location, cleanliness, comfortable beds and price were all excellent but the best of all were the staff. Genuinely friendly, professional and efficient from check-in. We unfortunately had a medical emergency which required hospital attendances and received excellent support especially extending our check out to allow another hospital attendance. We would happily stay therr if we're lucky enough to return to Lisbon. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself not bad, strong smell sewer in the hallways, room is clean and good size. Tried to pay by card the system is slow they suggested to take money from ATM since we tried a few tried and the card machine didn’t work. Luckily we had some cash so we paid cash. Location was okay, stayed for one night before we left Lisbon. Overall was okay
