Excellent budget accommodation

Budget accommodation but clean and well presented , friendly staff .As an old person I struggled to remember all the door lock numbers but got the hang by the second day .Critism about towels fair enough but they are clean .Room and facilities cleaned every day Plenty of supermarket and food outlets nearby just ashoet walk from the metro.

Would stay again, it was lovely

Friendly check-in, clean and comfortable room and bathroom, slept well. Superb breakfast available for 10€ delivered to your room. Perfectly happy and would return!

I love staying here, staff and property are great. However, this time I had to cut my stay short by one day due to personal reasons. I booked through Expedia and payed for the whole stay when I arrived. Expedia contacted the property in my behalf, but I did not receive a refund or credit for the unused night. I don’t agree with this policy, or I would give 5 stars.

-The staff at the front desk is professional, they do a quick check in and inform you about the details of the hotel. -The rooms are clean, with modern amenities, and new minisplit air conditioning with heating/cooling option. -Access control by card applies to the floor and room, and there is an access code to enter the building. -The neighborhood has a strong presence of immigrants of many nationalities. -It does not feel like an unsafe environment, the main streets are well lit and there is plenty of traffic. -It is easy to access UBER service. My Charm Lisbon Suites is a hidden gem in this Lisbon neighborhood.

I liked the proximity to the train station and to the airport. Dining options are great - across street is an amazing restaurant but the room we had was tiny with a horrible improvised cot that made my body painful next day...but was a charge for it :(

The metro station is a short walk away, and service from staff was quite reasonable and helpful. The firmer mattress was a plus for multiple nights stay

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff who checked us in were super friendly and helpful. It's on a busy main street but is very close to a metro station. Some homelessness but not unsafe compared to Vancouver or Toronto. Lisbon metro is great for getting around the city and to the airport. Two blocks away left around a corner is a very local Portuguese restaurant called Restaurante Ideal which is very inexpensive with homey meals and generous portions, very authentic. They don't speak English but are very friendly and helpful nevertheless.

Short stopover.

We only stayed on a one night stopover, as it was midway from the airport and cruise terminal. Clean and modern room. No breakfast included, but plenty of cafes nearby. Good value for Lisbon.

The hotel is ok. Nothing too fancy. The air conditioner was a welcome addition in the hot weather. The staff are all very polite. I was not allowed an early check in and only had access to the room at exactly 3pm. The only issue I had with the room was the lack of blackouts on the window. It only had a very thin curtains that didn’t really block the lights. The hotel is just two minutes walk away from a metro station , which was also good plus.
