This is a safe, very nice, centrally located hotel. The staff were wonderful and helpful. My room was very clean and the free minibar was a wonderful little bonus. The restaurant staff were top-notch as well. The food was expensive but the quality does match the price. The next time I am in Lisbon I will definitely consider staying here again.

Super helpful staff, very welcoming. Lovely top-floor restaurant/bar with a welcome beverage. The room was lovely - a classic boutique hotel room. Great location, very walkable to shopping, dinner, and the restaurant in the hotel is very nice, too. Definitely recommend.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and nice. The roof top restaurant was wonderful. The greeter named Sojai was very helpful and nice. He always offered helpful advice for getting around and dinner reservations.

Our hotel was lovely. The thermostat of our room might not have been working properly as our room was very hot overnight, despite it being set to 21 degrees. There were also some inconsiderate guests throughout our stay who insisted on shouting down the corridor despite it being past 02:00. Other than that, the hotel was clean, bed was comfortable , and staff were very friendly.

We loved this hotel and would absolutely stay here again! The location cannot be beat. You are in walking distance from sooo many of the major landmarks, shops, and restaurants. We used uber occasionally and walked everything else over the course of a week. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean. Loved the breakfast on the roof. Highly recommend the Lisboa Pessoa.
