Overall, this is a nice-looking hotel with great breakfast in very good location. However, room maintenance is an issue. The visitors before us at the front desk complained of no AC. Our room had an extremely smelly sink that probably needed p-trap cleaned. The first full day there, we had to complain twice to get any action. The sink required chemical treatment twice/day for smell to lessen enough so we could sleep in the room. The mgrs did not seem surprised by the smell.

Charming little hotel located in a wonderful location. Walkable to all the shopps, restaurants and sights. So close to the train to Sintra and also to the underground subway. Our room was on the 5th floor and our room had phenomenal views from all windows. The room was comfy, clean and quiet. The hotel provided us new bottles of water daily. When we checked in, they welcome us by bringing cherry wine and pastel de nata to our room! If we go back to Lisbon, we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel in wonderful location!

Amazing hotel! Wonderful location. All staff so friendly and helpful. Recommended good area for local restaurants and best place to catch tram 28! Lovely welcome gift of Portuguese custard tarts and cherry brandy. Chocolates, water and espresso capsules provided daily. Good breakfast. Would certainly return here.

Excellent 5 day stay. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great continental breakfast and an excellent music night in the attached restaurant. Rooms cleaned daily to excellent standard No complaints whatsoever Great recommendations on what to do in Lisbon Would recommend their local airport transfer private hire company. They will arrange for you. Our driver picked up on time and car much better than local taxis

Offered upgrade after my review, power outage not their issue but all the hallways were black, no help from staff, even closed the bar. So town had no food nor drinks neither did the hotel. No one was thinking of the patrons of the hotel. Especially those who were disabled. Will never stay again.
