Pretty room with efficient and easy check in/out

I really appreciated the self check in and check out. Instructions were easy to follow and it was super efficient. The room is beautiful and well designed, but there were a few things (shower head, shower drain, bidet) that needed some maintenance. There wasn't anywhere to put soap or shampoo in the shower and there wasn't a lot of soundproofing. I felt that it was a great location - a great neighborhood with parks, restaurants and good proximity to attractions close by.

This was a super convenient place to stay for a single night before my flight out the next day. The contactless check-in process was easy and quick. The Entrecampos metro station is an easy walk. The room was quiet despite being right in the flight path for the airport. Perfect stay, except no toiletries were provided in the room--not even soap (which I think was just an oversight by housekeeping).

Directions for check in were perfect as there is no reception. Staff were easy to communicate with. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Since right by airport, planes do fly directly over property so if you are looking for a nap or early bedtime it will be noisy. Within 10 minute drive to airport.

Perfect for a clean, efficient room near LIS airpt

A perfect one night stay for us as we were headed to the airport the following morning. We appreciated the included gated private parking for our rental car. The room itself was clean, bath was nicely designed and the best very comfortable for being two twin beds.

Not there long but the place and room was lovely. Could have done with a bit more lighting but didn’t affect our short stay. Yes outside was loud with air traffic, but that is what you’d expect being close to the airport.

The photo on my booking confirmation showed a kitchenette. That was false, this was just a room with a small fridge. Coffee maker made awful coffee., No staff, no ice machine. Shower was ok, lousy toiletries. Lighting was terrible in the room, So dark and dim. Get some real light bulbs. It was like a cave.

Clean, but no staff and not enough instruction. We were not able to open the iron gate from inside of garden and panicked. Should have given instructions how to open the inside gate. At least one staff member should stay on site.
