Despite a business hotel, we felt quite comfortable and at ease there. the facilities were great, the breakfast was varied and well-prepared. a vast majority of the staff were able to communicate in English which helped the non-portuguese speaking members of our party. all in all a great stay in a very quiet but well centered location for the sights in Lisbon proper, Belem and Oeiras.

Checkin was great, front lobby and buffet areas are very nice. The rooms are roomy but looking a little tired, the shower door leaks and we had a water leak from the ceiling middle of the night coming from the AC. Not much the staff can do as maintenance staff have gone home but to turn off the AC and provide a bucket. No other rooms were available to switch to and staff did their best to address the issue. Not sure it’s worth the price of a 4 star hotel based on the room conditions. The other areas are nice.

The hotel is wonderful, not close to sites, but if you have your own transportation, all is within moderate driving distance. Breakfast buffet is A1. If ever in Portugal again, this is the place.

It is a great hotel overall. The location is not great for walking around, but it is close (5-15 minutes drive) to beaches and other attractions (e.g., Sintra, Cascais, etc.). The room we stayed in was huge (over 800 sq2), the hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

El Hotel no está mal, pero la situación es malísima, mala comunicación y además hay que pagar peaje para acceder desde Lisboa, no lo recomiendo para ir en plan turismo.
