The layout of the hotel is strange, rooms were quite small and the bathrooms had mold and mildew. Did not seem like a very clean place. Outside was noisy but its not to the hotel’s fault.

Fantastic hotel. The location is awesome - right in the heart of downtown. The staff is very good and vey friendly. The rooms are small but very nicely done.

The location of this hotel is great and next to metro and train station (station that goes to sintra). Unfortunately, the rooms do come with a musty smell. We were able to deal with it but it is annoying given the amount you pay. Also, one bottle of water is ridiculous. Just add a couple euros to each night and provide a new bottle. We ended up just buying more water which was not convenient. Otherwise, this hotel is nice. The breakfast is also decent.

This hotel has a great location in the center of town. You can walk to most sites. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and recommended wonderful tours and activities. They really made our stay special.
