Amazing experience

After my experience in London I was expecting something similar but what surprises. Since I got in I felt welcome, really welcomed as home. People at front desk were so kind and I got an update in my room. My room was comfortable and found a welcoming gift that overpassed my expectations. Small details speak more than nice pictures or advertisements. Definitely I will book it again.

For the first two days of our stay, we were accommodated in a room located in the older part of the building, where renovation works were still in progress. Despite the pervasive renovation dust which we were not happy, the hotel assured us that our room had been upgraded to offset the inconvenience. On our last day, the hotel staff managed to relocate us to a renovated suite in the building. We had a pleasant stay, but brief where we were unable to enjoy. The hotel staff consistently demonstrated exceptional courtesy and attentiveness to our requests, ensuring our satisfaction. They also provided an ample selection of complimentary drinks in the fridge for guests to enjoy. However, the hotel building was situated in a busy street surrounded by restaurants, requiring us to drag our luggage to the hotel entrance due to the lack of proper vehicle access.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! This hotel is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect—conveniently situated near two train stations, with tourist attractions, great dining options, and shopping areas all within walking distance. One of the best parts is that it's not located on the hilly side of Lisbon, which made exploring even easier. The staff were incredibly helpful, approachable, and full of great recommendations. We took their suggestion for a tour guide to Sintra, and it was a 5-star experience. Gonçalo, our guide, was brilliant—extremely knowledgeable and engaging. The hotel room was very clean and modern. We truly appreciated being allowed to check in slightly early. They even informed us via WhatsApp and had already placed our luggage in the room. This is genuinely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it!

It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at they were so nice always giving me and the wife baked goods and they wine ! Always check on us making sure are mini fridge is stocked up ! Everything in the fridge was free btw helped us book a couple excursions and the breakfast was amazing great protein choices but wait theyres more it’s in the middle of everything literally perfect location for people on vacation !
