This is a very comfortable and centrally located boutique hotel. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. The local area around the hotel itself is a little run down but feels safe. Anyway it is not hard to walk to other parts of the city of you don't mind walking up hills!

We stayed a single night as we were transiting via Lisbon. Location, amenities, food, drinks etc were all excellent. What really stood out to us was the service- Fransisco, Joao and Georgina went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We will be back to explore Lisbon and hope to stay here again.

On arrival, we were greeted with friendly staff and a complimentary drink. They took our luggage to our room while we had our drink. There was a delicious dessert in our room when we arrived. The room was perfect! Super comfy beds and linens, tea and Nespresso’s, fantastic view from balcony. Our water had been turned off by the city for 8 hours the next day which was very unfortunate. The manager and staff stepped up and took great care of us! If you are looking for a place to stay in Lisboa, this is it!!

Excellent breakfast in the center of Lisbon.

Amazing hotel in the center center of the old town in Baixa. One street away from the Elevetor and two blocks from the plaza de comercio.excellent breakfast. Wonderful Pao de bono.

This was a lovely place to stay - great rooms, extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff and a fabulous breakfast. Also a great location - very central - so there is plenty to do and plenty of places to eat nearby. Cannot recommend highly enough - would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Lovely gesture of finding a slice of cake and handwritten note in our room, the breakfast had an excellent selection and we were asked daily if we wanted any eggs/omlette/bacon freshly cooked. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and it’s rightly in the center, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. We didn’t want to leave - can highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel in super convenient location. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly. We loved it here. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Would suggest for first timers.
