The hotel is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with attention to every detail. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The amenities were fantastic, and everything was impeccably clean, from the lobby to the dining areas. If you're looking for a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and excellent service, I highly recommend. Will definitely be returning!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The service in particular was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was also of good standard.

Excellent in customer services, very accommodating. Good breakfast and with 24 hrs coffee/tea and ice water at the lobby. Downside: outdated room, issue of bathtub not draining well and moldy smell of the room. Walkable to Biaxa-Chiado area and high end shopping stores.

Staff in every area , were great ! EXCEPT evening dinner area / bar staff person was awful!! Looked bored ! He was very in different : not the right person to have in a restaurant: pub !! Need friendly staff : kind staff . The one man behind the bar made us feel uncomfortable! As if we were bothering him ! No smile ; no help . Just a grumpy man who really was totally disinterested in his role at your hotel .

The staff is accommodating & helpful. Customers service is excellent. The location is safe and accessible to almost everything you need like shops & point of meet up for tours, restaurants & tourist spots, they are just about a few minutes walk which is convenient. They have a lounge area 24/7 that provides water, coffee, & tea available all the time which is next to the front lobby. But the hotel itself is pretty old, the sink does not really work well, takes a while to drain and no air conditioner, room was hot. the door is hard to open & our room had a distinctive smell. Other than that the hotel with the location and the very nice staff, I will recommend the hotel.
