Excellent property. Renovations were able to balance preserving old english style decor with modern design and amenities. Really enjoyed staying at Britannia. No issues with room climate control and rooms were very comfortable.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I had an allergic reaction and the staff provided help and directions to the pharmacy which was just down the street. The location was just a short walk to luxury shopping and restaurants. We also loved the Molten Brown. Would stay here again.

A lovely stay overall but some minor improvements could be made e.g. room could do with some uplift. Staff were great, very helpful and attentive. Location was very convenient and even a basic room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. Would stay here again.
