The hotel was cute and in a great area. It’s worth it for the price point in this area. Downside is the rooms were very compact and the staff seemed a bit unwelcoming.

This hotel is very centrally located and served its purpose for our needs - it hit the basic necessities, walkable location, clean, a place to sleep. As other reviewers had mentioned, the place is not well maintained. In our room, one of the balcony doors was detached from one of the hinged, making it challenging to open/close. Once we got it closed, we left it that way for the duration of our stay, making this nice feature un-useable. One of the bedside lamps had become loose from the wall and was tilted crooked. The mirror on the wall had a pretty significant crack on bottom-half. The room also did not come with iron or coffee-maker (pretty standard appliances included in 3-star hotel rooms). It was fine and suited our needs but certainly not likely the best option.

Location was great. Room was very large. Unfortunately it was very loud outside. It was a weekend and people were right outside our window until very early in the morning. The best thing was the location...it's perfect. Easy access to everything & lots of options for food, shopping, sightseeing & transportation just steps away. Otherwise a decent hotel: clean, safe, convenient. The staff was well... courteous enough & available, but I wouldn't consider them all that friendly or service oriented. It was more like they were there if and when you needed them. A very decent option if one wants a good location to stay in Lisbon.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful city

Visited with a couple of friends and had a lovely few days. Our room was very nice with plenty of room, great shower and great location. It is a busy part of town but we loved listening to the buskers outside our window.

In the heart of a square with outdoor, tented restaurant and buskers. Small elevators but room for four people. Breakfast room was very grand like a ballroom. The breakfast buffet suited everyone—various eggs, beans, bacon/ham, breads, yogurt, fresh fruit and even desserts! Delicious coffee.
