Pas d’eau chaude, pas de femme de ménage! C’est hotel est épouvantable! L’ouvrier est venu dans la chambre réparé l’eau chaude et personne n’est venu nettoyer apres lui. L’hotel n’a offert aucune compensation. J’ai jamais autant été mal servi! Endroit à éviter!

Location is an amazing, staff very polite and room is very clean - I would like to recognize Paula for the great support. The room is not big, but enough for a short staying. I do recommend the hotel.

Very much enjoyed our two nights stay. Barbara from Brazil at reception was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Her colleagues could benefit from following her positive customer service skills. Would make guests experience much more positive. Good breakfast and spacious room.
