It wasn’t a good stay for me. The first room I had, when I walked in the bathroom smelled like urine. I asked to have a different room, but the smell was Not much better in the second room. The carpet has stains. The pillows were very firm, I felt that I had my head on a rock. The breakfast in the morning was decent. The location was very busy: lots of traffic, many car dealerships, no restaurants except the big Burger King in front of the hotel. I I was here for three nights and I have to say it crossed my mind to book a different hotel and cancel this one. Definitely I will not stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel was overall clean, quiet, and pleasant to stay in. It is located near some big shopping area as well. The staff and manger were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We had an issue of a passport being stolen in Barcelona that caused us to arrive 2 days late for our reservation at the hotel, and were able to call ahead and confirm and still check in. The night staff was okay but the day time staff was really good. When we spoke with the supervisor/manager, and explained the situation and presented the police report, he was very understanding and agreed to refund the 2 nights we could not stay at the hotel and only keep the charge for the 1 night we made it in time to stay for. The breakfast was included and was good, although for vegetarians the choices are primarily pastries, fruits, and beverages. The parking is under the hotel, although there are some tight turns; so, just be aware that a larger vehicle might be a bit difficult to park there.

Tight space and not the cleanest.
Thank goodness we only had to crash here for the night. The room was super tony with nowhere to place or open luggage. The pullout bed was a thin 2” thick mattress and when pulled out could access the desk chair or desk because there was just no space. Bathroom shower and floor were not clean. Bleach needed. A/c did not cool well and bed only had a thick comforter instead of a thin sheet given the temps
