I had a fantastic stay. The rooms were quiet and the location can't be beat. Just steps from the Saldanha metro station and walking distance to numerous excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were attentive and helpful. I look forward to staying here again on my next Lisbon trip!

The room was great, I loved that the pool and bar stayed open 24/7. My room had a great view overlooking the city. The onlyyyyyyy and I mean only complaint was that the pool was filthy! Other than that the hotel was so chic and the staff were so friendly!

I was very irate getting to the hotel five hours late with my delayed flight. The overnight manager went over and beyond to accommodate me and to make me feel welcome. They also provided me with essentials that I missed since my luggage was sent all the way back to Miami, although I only stayed there a few hours. It was a very good experience and very staff, friendly and accommodating property. My room was excellent.

Well this isa funny story as Expedia had an issue with our original booking. So this was not our origi al choice. Roo. Was interesting as there is no wall between the toilet, shower and the rest of the room, so can be a little noisy. We agreed to this hotel but aswe were tired and wanted to rerest before supper. My side of the bed had black hair inside the pillow cae and under thebed sheets. Not fun. Think that should be looked into The staff was very helpful and if i could rate them, they get a 5. Hope this helps. Last thing please add tissue for the nose.

Great place, clean and central with helpful, friendly staff. The only issue we had was the water pressure/balancing. If one was in the shower and another ran a tap or flushed the toilet, the person in the shower was in for a scolding. Other than that, no complaints. Breakfast was perfect by the way, with lots of choices

Great hotel with relaxing sauna and pool in a convenient location. Only problem was the shower in my room with the water pressure quite weak and the water temperature fluctuating between cold and too hold
