While its a lovely hotel we were disappointed not to be notified that pool was closed till warmer weather even though some people just like to swim and if you have nothing indoors well out is next best ...compared to being told to go swim in the sea!!! Also smell out side of hotel was an awful sewage type smell just before you walked in and we felt that should be addressed. Staff were great but I thought menu needs to be better

We specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool and there was nowhere stating that the pool was closed. The hotel was gorgeous though.

This property is fantastic! A true 5 star hotel with everything one could want. The breakfast is outstanding and plentiful and all the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. A superb experience.

Clean hotel, great breakfast, Staff were overall friendly except new staff Melissa, she just wanted to brush you off if you have any questions. Pool was under maintenance and Ofcourse when you book your hotel you have no idea it’s going to happen! Heat wrack in the bathroom also was not working. But overall very pleasant experience with them.

Location and staff were wonderful. Lobby and atrium very pretty. But adjacent construction and street noise were awful. Room was quite cramped, as is often the case in European hotels. Our stay was only overnight.
