Good hotel. The room wasn’t ready until 4pm which is what rush day but would have been nice to be earlier. The pool are and food was great. The welcome fruit and bottle of bubbles for the benefit is really nice and water in the rooms as well as coffee makers which I consider a basic need but it always good

The hotel location is fantastic, but the restaurant service is lacking. It took two hours for two people to get dinner served, for only a main and a dessert. Clearly not enough staff to run the outdoor and indoor areas of the dining spaces, bar and lounge. We only saw 3 staff working with many guests coming in. Staff were extremely nice and polite but the hotel seems understaffed. Considering the prices of the menu for a 5 stars hotel, it was not up to standards. The room was ok, no slippers and the dust bin in the bathroom would fall over every time we would press to open. Small details but for a 5 stars a bit disappointing.

Welcoming staff and access to the rooftop pool 24 hours. Excellent location, close to the Vasco da Gama shopping mall, airport, and other attractions. Breakfast was included with our stay but, because of an early flight, we were unable to enjoy it before making our way to the airport. The staff prepared breakfast boxes for us and we were able to enjoy it at the airport.

We spent our last night in Portugal here at Eurostars to catch our flight the following morning. We are a family of six travelling and we were welcomed with genuine care. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a convenient location near the Aquamarine, dining, and waterfront.The rooms are clean, stylish and very comfortable. We also had been driving in a big WV SUV which we conveniently parked at the hotel. The staff - I can't say enough of how wonderful they are! We had a seamless checkin/out, responsive, polite, kind, and caring. Wonderful people! Overall, we would definitely return to this hotel.
