Not a 5 star hotel. Poorly appointed room. Lack of staff, especially trained staff. No water except 1st night even tho have nice coffee and tea set up. No turn down service. Very few channels on TV. 3 star at best!!

I was told the bed would wanted wasn’t available so I compromised The gift of sparkling wine was not in my room I contacted Expedia about it and received the evening before I left This was too late by the time I came back to the room Also I was not able to take it with me per travel plans

Came back one evening and door to my room was wide open. Talk to the front desk staff and they told me they checked that no one else visited after they cleaned the room. I don’t understand how that has helped explain no was there any words and actions to address the the security issue. I lodged another feedback on the day of check out. Still no explanations from the hotel yet.
