I had horrible nights due to a broken window. I stayed two nights in room 602. The window wasn’t properly shut and I heard noise from outside, airplane every five minutes until late nights and starting at 5am, as well as ambulance and nightclub music.
The staff were so incapable and rude. I asked the reception to change my room at first night but they just said it’s fully booked, and no alternative suggested or apology. I could sleep well, so I went to the reception again in the morning then they said I need to come back after 2pm. So I went to the reception when I came back at evening then they said it’s fully booked again. As they didn’t suggest anything or apology again, I had to ask if they have anyone who fix the window but they said no. I ended up staying the same room and could sleep at all. Only one thing that they did was to send a cleaner to try to open the door after I went to the reception at second night but she couldn’t do anything.
I cannot believe that they don’t prepare any spare room in case for something happens. If the shower was broken, maybe I could take a shower two nights. Secondly, the attitude of the receptionists weren’t professional. They don’t apologize about their fault and they talk it sounds like my fault. The manager need to provide proper education for them. I will not stay here again.
