Service was clueless. Despite assurances that we would get the next available king room when we arrived, the promised call was never made. By the time we returned in the afternoon, they had given away all of the decent rooms, and qe were stuck in a dirty hole on yhe 1st floor. It was loud and it felt like we were sleeping on the street. Also housekeeping never filled the empty shampoo/conditioner dispensers despite requests, and they inexplicably removed clean towels, forcing us to share one. And extremely overpriced hotel of very low quality, and poorly managed. AVOID!

An absolutely stunning hotel, the staff, the cleanliness, the food, the atmosphere and the comfort. The massage I had in the spa was amazing, best I have ever had, and the facilities there were amazing and spotlessly clean. Could have stayed there all day if I didn't want to see glorious Lisbon and all it had to offer.
