What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. The pictures are misleading , the hotel is plain , the concierge recommended a tourist seafood restaurant and we threw up for 24 hours. Awful experience and the icing on the cake is didn’t refund my deposit 500 Euros yet!!

We stand that hotel for four nights excellent service, especially during the breakfast time our server his name was Antonio. Fantastic. He did a good job. I recognize him. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Spa area including pool and work out room were good. Staff in the rooftop pool bar were excellent, as was the food. Staff in the dining area of the main floor bar needed better training - insisting that a salad contained no nuts (none shown as an ingredient on the menu) when it clearly did, then shrugging it off despite having been advised of a severe nut allergy. Pasta dinner arrived cold and it took several minutes after being served to get cutlery.
