The staff were very special knowledgeable and friendly. The offerings were very nice to include the tours the yoga class, the exceptional coffees, and the food in the breakfast was very nice. Also, the staff helped us get a reservation for five people on a Saturday night and we're very patient trying to help us get that reservation. We loved all the little treats, candy, snacks, and amenities at the hotel had to offer, including the complementary drinks in the men bar in the room overall it was very nice relocated and very, very friendly.

2nd time staying at this property. Love the overall experience same time last year (Month of May). There are few minor changes that I did notice that were different than last year: No more ice cream and no more free massages. I view those things as "added bonus", therefore, it didn't change my opinion nor my overall staying experience at this hotel. I still enjoyed my stay very much.

This is such a beautiful hotel. The most kindest staff! This hotel is centrally located walkable to everything. This is a must see and stay! I highly recommend this hotel. We got breakfast included and had a 5 star experience!

The service at the hotel was amazing. Not only was the room amazing the amenities were 2nd to none. The lobby was always stocked with drinks and snacks. The concierge was always there to help and the restaurant was excellent. They offered walking tours for free. The location was walking distance to several attractions like Pink St, and Time Out Market.

Great hotel with absolutely wonderful staff! Upon checkin member of the front desk staff personally showed us around the facilities and immediately made us feel at home. Special shout outs to retaurant manager, Christopher, Conciege, Anna and of course Paolo who was always there to help with bags, taxis and offer guidance. Fantastic stay!

I cannot express how incredible my experience was at this hotel. I happened to be here during the blackout in Portugal and the staff worked over time to ensure we had a great experience given the circumstances. Peter, who may have been the hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and communicated the very latest wish us. I made several attempts to head to the airport to see if I could fly home and each time they assured us they’d set aside a room at a discounted rate if we were turned away (we were) and they allowed us to return on several occasions. I know exactly where I plan to stay should I visit Lisbon again. I can’t thank the entire staff there enough. Don’t hesitate to book here,

I would highly recommend this hotel! The facilities and the staff were beyond excellent. The unexpected extras such as water, juices, Easter breads and candies were a special treat. Meals were also excellent. A lovely place to stay.

The property is very service oriented. Outstanding effort by staff. Room was very nice and clean. Somewhat hip with the mood music and lighting in the bath/shower. Property location is good, within a few blocks of Praca Comercio and Time Out Market and steps to Pink Street. Big kudos as on our final night, Portugal/Spain/France experienced the blackout. With no power and water until about 10:30pm, they provided us with a free meal as no restaurants or supermarkets were open.
