Perfect location, clean and charming hotel. Tiny rooms but thats expected, it is Lisbon after all and a prime location. Check in process was effortless, room was not ready but staff took our luggage and offered a welcome pastry. When we got back our luggage was already in our room. Breakfast was also great, beyond continental options. Will absolutely consider hotel for my next Lisbon visit.

We loved the area - what a fantastic location! The front office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made a fabulous recommendation for our final night's dinner at Sr Fado Restaurant. The only negative was parking - I should have done more research. The parking garage is close but driving into Lisbon, I didn't know the hotel was in a no driving zone.

The hotel is beautiful and well located. Very close to many city highlights and a Metro station. Our standard room was small but very comfortable. Breakfast is top notch with high quality food and huge variety. But the staff takes the crown. They are the most attentive, caring and efficient I can remember. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return.

The Property was close to everything you would want or need. The best part was the Staff at the front desk. So nice and professional they really made our stay special. We dont drink alcohol so they put a beautiful chocolate cake in our room to welcome us. They really bend over backwards to make your stay the best. I think it is one of the more exceptional hotels we have stayed at.
