Loved this place!

The perfect location in Lisbon. The staff was incredible. The breakfast was excellent. But the location couldn't have been better. Quiet room, comfortable bed, a nice shower, and 2 minutes later... All of the restaurants, museums, and action you could ask for!!

We love the staff because they were very helpful, friendly, and polite. The hotel is safe, clean, and in the near to many restaurants, and historic places. I want to thanks the staff because my daughter has Asperger's syndrome and they were super nice with us. I will recommend this hotel and I hope we will go back in the future. This hotel is quaint and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you like to walk and explore, as we do, stay here. The breakfast is excellent and held us till supper and is included. Overall, we will highly recommend this to our friends. Thanks be Poet

Great location and staff.

Great location on the Main Street. Would have been better if there was a downstairs lounge/ seating area. Very friendly, helpful and efficient front of house staff. Nice to have welcoming pastel de nata and port wine. Delighted to get a cake and candles on my wife’s birthday. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

The Be Poet is a very central hotel, close to sites, shopping and dining. The buffet breakfast was good. The toiletries provided included shampoo and body wash, cream and hand soap. The front desk hotel were very nice and always willing to assist with any question. A special shoutout to Ives who assisted us with directions and always had a smile on his face when answering our questions. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The staff, especially Ives, were very accommodating. However, there was a terrible smell in our bathroom which maintenance attempted to rectify on two occasions during our 7 night stay. They attributed the smell to the plumbing in a very old building.

Fantastic little hotel, hidden away on one of the most central streets in Lisbon. A short walk from both Rossio stations and tram 28. Great value, the rooms are very comfortable, with good storage space. The bathroom is very practical with a powerful shower and ample space for toiletries. The breakfast selection is as good as any five star hotel but the greatest asset is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who seem to speak most languages fluently. This hidden gem made our holiday in Lisbon.

A smal, quaint hotel on a pedestrian street in the heart of Lisbon. Tons of restaurants and shopping in the area. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Room was larger than I expected and very clean.

Great location and staff

The hotel is very nice. This is our 3rd trip in Lisbon and we enjoyed our time there. The staff were amazing and very nice and helpful. The location is great in the city center and everything is walking distance. The breakfast was also great with a lot of different kinds of tropical fruits which we enjoyed eating. They also provide port wine and pastel de nata daily and that was a plus.

It took us a while to find the hotel. The outside signage isn't great and Google Maps was completely useless. We had to ask a staff member at their sister hotel to help us.
