No geral, confortável. Atendentes do balcão sempre solícitos e sorridentes. Todavia, pedi uma cama de casal extra-grande (king size), segundo descrição do site, em que constava que havia. Porém, a cama era de casal comum, pequena. Além disso, a água do chuveiro molhava todo o banheiro, pois o box não isolava.

Clean and spacious single room, had everything I needed. Location was really good - walking distance to Ramiro’s, Martin Monitz (Tram 28) and a short hike up to Miradouro da Senhora do Monte. A fantastic Portuguese souvenir/goods shop called A Vida Portuguesa is right in front of the building. A bit noisy with nightlife in the neighbourhood so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The view of the city from the kitchen on the 5th floor was incredible. Everything was clean and well kept, the streets felt safe, even at night as a solo female traveler. There’s a lot of options for food nearby, and the kitchen was well-equipped and spacious to prepare your own meals also.

First time staying in a Hostel. The bed was very comfortable. I was happy with my choice, good experience. Be careful when on the top bunk, i dropped my phone down the backside of the bunk. It took a little effort to retrieve it.

The metro is a 3min walk with a variety of restaurant options. The hostel was perfect. I loved the ambience. would totally stay here again!

Overall good, shower needs some work.

It was good. The shower door did not close all the way and it nearly flooded the bathroom. I would get that checked out if I were you.

Female staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Gentleman when I checked in was a bit condescending. Ignored first couple of snarky remarks but every interaction was the same. Location was easy to get to by Uber, Bolt seemed to be challenged with the address. Subway right around the corner. Definitely returning to Lisbon but this stay is a one and done.
