It was quite loud. We could clearly hear what our neighbors were saying on both sides of us. Additionally the room felt pretty run down. Knowing I would get absolutely zero sleep being able to audibly hear both rooms around us we ended up leaving and going to another place in Lincoln. We were in the area for a food tasting for our wedding and were exited to try the location for our guests looking for an affordable option. Needless to say we will not be recommending the hotel for our guests

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a quick weekend escape from the noise of the city. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for exactly that. Quiet, serene, beautiful mountain viewing. Our room was clean, and we enjoyed the jetted two person tub to its fullest. We will be returning for another getaway soon!

I stayed with my mother and granddaughter for my son’s wedding. The room was very clean, spacious, exactly what we needed. It was quiet and felt safe. We ate one night at the restaurant attached. Great service and the food was very good!

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the property and free breakfast options considering the price point. We also liked the cleanliness of the bathroom (we even had 2 sinks in our 1 room). Super close to Franconia.
