After a long day of driving. I was ready to get into the room. I had my service dog with me. The lady kept insisting I tell her what my medical condition was. I told her that’s against the law, and I don’t have to tell her. She said they only cover certain service reasons. (Which is not true) finally I told her it was for my diabetes. She said that’s not covered and I’ll have to pay. Again I tell her it’s illegal. Get the room and one of the beds was clearly just made over. Sheets were dirty. There was someone else’s dog pee in the bathroom floor still. Absolutely disgusting! And I’m still in shock in her invasion of privacy! It’s a hippa violation. Most definitely won’t be back.

Staff were pleasant and professional. Room was clean. Bathroom door did not close all the way. Microwave turnable plate did not engage with the gear (it was completely smooth on the bottom) so it didn't spin. Beds were comfortable but one sounded like it had a rubber chicken stuck in it .

Poor service

When called the front desk of about the TV not working, she came up tried to fix it and said she would send maintenance maintenance never showed awesome on the same phone conversation. We asked for extra pillows and towels, and never received them. Overall would never recommend to stay at this hotel again or will be staying there did not feel it was clean. There was no hand soap to wash your hands. No hand towel to hang up your towels no coffee maker in the room breakfast very simple with not many options.

No diet friendly food !

Nice location, easy access to freeway and major bypass and about 3.5 miles west of downtown Lincoln! Our room was clean & ac worked very well! We were disappointed about continental breakfast, no fruit, same hot pancakes daily (about 2.5 inches round), everything else was “grains and carbohydrates”, breads, bagels, 2 cold cereals, oat meal and honey buns! Yogurt, 2 fruit juices, coffee and water, milk with cold cereal!

After initially walking into lobby area, I noticed glass door and windows which were covered with hand prints and dirt. The lobby smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The first room I was given keys to had 2 queen beds- both with dirty and flat and fitted sheets, pillows that didn’t appear to be positioned on the beds by housekeepers. Sheets also appeared to have hair on them. I requested a different room and noticed that the sheets on those 2 queen beds appeared stained as well, but not hairy. One bed sheet had a pencil eraser sized hole which had clearly been burnt.
