The price was great even with Husker football that weekend and the room was clean and spacious. There was a minor leak with the sink which we informed them of but it wasn't anything they would have noticed if they weren't staying in the room. I am also a landlord so I tend to watch for water leaks and it wasn't a big deal either. Overall it was a great place to stay, breakfast was good, location was great, parking was easy, dining/food was literally in the parking lot. I am pretty frugal when it comes to staying at places and was impressed with the place giving the price. If in Lincoln again we'll be staying there.

Both concierges were unfriendly unattentive sleeping hiding in the back room acting like it was a burden to do business with the new victorian. Overall the stay itself was of poor quality do to poor cleanliness and disrepair of a few small things in the room. Even worse my card was used fraudelently by one of the consierges as no one else had access to this method. This place needs new management and security pronto!

The room smelled like mildew and other bad smells. Clogged my sinuses all night because of it. Room dirty. Bags kept up on the table. Bed hard. Pillows small and lumpy. Bathroom floor gross. A room you're afraid to touch anything or the possibility of bringing bugs home.

The lobby smelt like weed. Our room had no working water in the sink. We had to use the shower water to get a wash cloth. Hot tub is promoted on the site, there is no hot tub. Our room smelt just as bad as the lobby. The only good thing that came from that hotel was there was guest laundry and we could dry some clothes. Will never stay again. Cannot believe I wasted money on this hotel.

Room smelled musty and sheets were damp to the touch. I engaged proper ventilation and it resolved the issue but this should have been done before I arrived. Label your outake fan in bathroom so people turn it on during showering. Curtain hoist was installed loose hanging in such a way as to keep sliding down causing openings and water on floor during showering further contributing to high humidity. Housekeeping did a fair job making sure the room smelled somewhat clean despite this.

overall the hotel is fine - nothing special. Just an affordable place to stay for 12 hours. Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy but OK. Only real complaint is the pillows are in bad shape and really could be replaced or higher quality.

The housekeeping was limited to getting additional towels when we asked for them and they didn't do much cleaning of the room (making the beds) for the amount of time we were there. Not our usual good service which we have had in the past years staying there.

The smell from the drain was nauseating, hallway smelled like skunk. I had to leave around 4 AM, there was a couple of twenty year olds hanging around the outside of the building!! I moved my car to the entrance to feel safe!

Mike at the desk was so awesome. He really made our check in easy and enjoyable . Great location to walk to restaurants. Nice to have a pool, workout room and laundry. Wish breakfast wasn’t all pastries and waffles. Even hard boiled eggs would be nice. Did have little yogurts and tiny apples. Would definitely stay again.

I'm not sure why this has a "very good" rating on here. The hotel was filthy overall. The bathroom in our room had not been cleaned and had urine all over the toilet. The sink was dirty. The bed skirt was filthy with mold on it.

Very rude and when house keeping came in to clean room they didn’t change the bedding nor vacuum.They didn’t leave shampoo and when asked for more towels and shampoo the worker I asked was an ass hole and yelled at me.Also I am not a smoker and that place smelled like marijuana so bad it was very gross and also I paid a lot to stay 5 days just to get treatment like it was there for free.Very very.
