The front desk lady treated us awful. She was racist towards us and our children. We did not feel welcome or self. She tried recording other guests and threatening them then said she was being threatened. It’s tucked behind a bunch of smoke shops and very unfriendly for families traveling. Would never stay again. Especially for the price. Ruined our trip.

Great stay!

From check in to check out the staff was great! They accommodated an early check in time because we were ahead of schedule. This was much appreciated because we were well rested for my sisters wedding that afternoon! The room was clean and comfortable. We even enjoyed the hot tub and the very refreshing pool. We will stay here again the next time we come to Lincoln!!

Unsafe conditions in Accessible Room for showering

I stayed in an Disability Accessible Room. I did not get much sleep at all, I fell out of a shower chair that was in poor condition and not steady. Sore from fall. After reporting this they said I should requesting a refund for my stay. Good news is when I reported to the General Manager he said in an email back to me that he has since replaced the shower chair for a better one that hopefully will be safe for all.

Great Stay

The front desk service was excellent and got me checked in very quickly. Very pleased with the quality of the room. Very clean plenty of towels in the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel. Very worth it. Our room faced the parking lot and it was a bit noisy in the evening. Breakfast was nothing special, something underwhelming.
