Standards that you wouldexpecyof a chain hotel. Some of the decor a little tired e.g. room door and bathroom door.
Lift unable to be called from ground floor. Plenty of parking. Pub adjacent had rapid EV chargers to add to Ibis standard EV chargers.
Breakfast ok but having stained in Ibis in France we expected a greater choice of continental breakfast.
We would return again.

Nice hotel. Bit off the beaten path but near a pretty decent pub for food and drink.

This hotel is what i would consider a budget hotel and hence its location on the outskirts of Lincoln. The rooms look a bit tired and in need of some minor updates. Replace decades old computer sockets for USB sockets. TV was terrible.sound was so poor it was impossible to hear. There was no aircon just windows . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ample free parking and EV charging. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Good choices but no fried egg.lol. theres a pub diner and KFC local so choice for food and drink.
The property was very clean..lovely choice for breakfast. The staff were very helpful the hotel is also a short walk to a bus stop into Lincoln City. This is a budget hotel and exceeded my epectations. I would definitely use it again.
A small gripe is that one morning one staff member was complaining very loudly in the reception area about another staff member..I suggested maybe he should complain in an office and not in a public area.
They did not have my booking when i arrived... i was kept waiting, therefore creating a que in a packed lobby. Only 2 female staff manning the whole hotel, no-one was serving in restaurant creating more ques... not a great experience at all really.. luckily for me only a flying visit,...
