When we first got to our room it was hotter then hell. It didn’t get cool in there until the next morning. Went to take a shower and not very much water was coming out of the shower head. Most of it was coming out of the faucet. Other then that the place wasn’t too bad

Good place
An older property but very well kept and clean. Super fast and helpful check in (arrived with a sick kid late). Breakfast could use some fruit and protein. We were happy with our stay.

This was our second time staying at Horizon. It’s not expensive, the staff is friendly and it’s clean and convenient, just off I-80. However it is very dated, the beds are uncomfortably firm and the breakfast is all processed carbs (which is why it’s so cheap, probably.) We’d go back if not for the beds. The rest is tolerable and the staff is kind and folksy.
