Bed isn’t that comfortable as mattress is not soft. Pillows wise, only 2 and almost flatten. Sofa bed is even worst. Good on free coffee but no tea. Toilet is excellent though, almost spotless.

Good hotel. Not a good stay this time.
Good hotel in great location. It was very busy. Unfortunately, we were unable to get an early check-in that would have been helpful on this occasion. Plus, I reserved online at one price then was charged a lot more on the day we arrived. I expected the pay the price I got at reservation. Think this was a system , not staff cause. Disappointed.

Great location. Clean. Nice staff.
Hotel is in fantastic location on Brayford warf near shopping & restaurants. Beautiful view of water/warf, however, note that the standard rooms face the back parking lot, which (much worse view) and this was not evident on hotels.com website when I booked. Room was large and very clean, but bed was a little bit of a firm mattress. Note as well that if you collect IHG rewards for the hotel they don’t allow you to collect them when you use hotels.com. Also, if you choose a green stay and not have housekeeping, you’re supposed to get extra IHG points with the hotel but they won’t allow you to get them for booking through hotels.com. Staff are very nice at this hotel. Please note that on weekends, it is very difficult to get a taxi from this hotel. You will need to walk about 10 minutes to a train station to get a taxi there.
