There were no extra blankets or pillows for the additional pull out couch and when we asked for some the staff member wasn’t able to get into the laundry room to get more. The heat didn’t work so we had to change rooms. The sheets had fuzzies all over them.

Not the best stay.
It wasn’t the best stay at a Comfort Suite. We had a hard time with the room key. Several other people had the same problem with their keys. Couldn’t connect to the internet. Desk clerk gave us an 800 number to call. After about a half hour gave up on trying.

Good visit.
It was a good room, It had a couch and chair in a separate area. And you could see the tv from there and the bed. The breakfast area was man all the time.

Nothing special, but clean. Needs updating and some repairs. Took half an hour to check in & had confirmation #s. Terrible water pressure & took forever to get hot. Breakfast standard. We booked two nights & requested a 2pm check out because of a medical appointment. Manager refused and said would charge another night if we stayed. Not good PR. Check in is 4 pm.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and pleasant stay with a good breakfast to start their day.

The room was comfortable, affordable clean and in a great location. We enjoyed having options for shopping and dining close to us. I also liked the sitting area in our room. The only thing that I did not like was that the card reader to unlock the room door sometimes worked and sometimes didnt. Also, the stairs were closed for some reason and the lady at the front mentioned a situation about the elevator, but it didnt apply to us since we were on the first floor so she didnt go into detail. This just can be a safety issue if staying on one of the other floors. Overall, great stay, very affordable and we will stay there again while visiting Lincoln.
