Comfy & convenient

Our king suite was comfortable and it was nice to have a separate seating area with a couch. There were a few maintenance issues, elevator was out of order, pool was empty, shower head had some buildup causing it to spray at wild angles, that kind of thing. But it was fine for the price for a stopover on a long drive. Staff were helpful and friendly.

This property is dated and when I checked in the gentleman was not overly friendly. I asked if he had my rewards info and he said since I booked through Travelocity I couldn't use my rewards info. I have stayed at many properties including Choice on our recent trip and have never been told this. I saw a sign on the pool door indicating it was closed and I asked if it was just for the night. He rudely asked where I saw that a pool was open. I said I didn't that I just saw the sign on the door. It wasn't a great experience.

Never stay here

The absolute worst hotel. Pool broke, elevator broke, filthy stains on bed , window was so bent that you couldn’t lock it (1st floor) bathroom towels not cleaned and stained dust everywhere refrigerator made noise all night bathroom had mold. Pictures sent. Pictures on hotels.com were misleading of how it really was.

The elevator didn’t work. The floor in our room was dirty. There was trash under the nightstand that I noticed when I had dropped something and bent down to pick it up. The parking lot had a lot of potholes.

You get what you pay for

Upon arriving at check-in i was informed that the elevator was broken so I'd have to haul my things up the stairs. It was ok but I had some heavy things. Then I noticed that others thungs were in disrepair, the pool was closed and filled with green water, there was a pole in the pool area holding up a beam in the ceiling which would explain the bump in the entryway into my room. I'm not sure it was structurally safe/sound. The soda and ice machines were broken as well.
