Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good, and good service. My only negative was that there was a straw and piece of bottle cap on the floor, so seems to indicate that the room wasn’t vacuumed or closely paid attention to from the prior guest.

Needed a quick place to stay and this provided. It was our second hotel in a couple days. Mattresses were ok but not as comfortable as our first hotel. We used the pull out sofa and the mattress was stained pretty bad. It might be something with hotels but the air is always so dry. The property otherwise was in good condition and close enough to run and grab food. We did not utilize the breakfast but it looked like a pretty good variety.

Clean and quiet, nice breakfast, easy check in. Pleasant and efficient staff. Room ventilation was not good, stale air. Especially very notable bad cigarette odor in the room, obviously tried to mask the odor with air freshener, but was not sufficient to manage. The room was other wise very nice.

They charged for ESA dogs this time which was a major bummer. Then although their site says the pet fee maximum is $150 per stay, they charged me an extra $30 for the 6th day even after I brought it to the attention of the not so pleasant desk clerk who called her manager to confirm the max. So check your bill. They took the extra charge off - but only because I caught it when I checked out. The place is clean. Strangely three different people were smoking marijuana outside at different times. One gentleman three times. They advertise an off leash area for the dogs, but there isn't one. It is nice that they have a washer and dryer. The pool is nice. My coffee maker didn't work- but they have coffee 24/7 in the common area. The black out curtain is nice - but mine did not meet in the middle so light came through. All but one of the desk clerks were nice, professional, helpful. I was not as impressed as my first visit - but it is still a 9 out of 10.

We really like this motel and have stayed frequently while in Lincoln. We usually get a king suite. My only complaint is that the room is very dark. Otherwise, the pool is warm and we enjoy it with the grandbaby. The rooms are spacious. Beds comfortable.
