Stayed here three nights. Arrived a little early but couldn’t check in without paying extra (nothing wrong with that as it’s their written policy). Checked in at 3. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but a little worn. Breakfast was good. The woman in charge was very active filling up things that were running low. Good selection of food. Pool was a little chilly but my kids didn’t care. Was only crowded the last day. WiFi worked well. Parking was convenient. Someone let their dog poop right outside the door but that’s not the hotel’s fault. A little far from things but for the price I’d stay there again.

I dont normally complain but this was the worst experience since saying at this location. We like to stay here everytime we are in Lincoln. Its convenient and the rooms always nice. This time, not so much. They put us in a room that wasnt to be booked out. There was garbage on the bed and screws on the wall. Thankfully after a while they got us in another room. Too my disappointment it didnt have the fireplace which is another reason i book there. We will return but hopefully this never happens again.

The major problem was my inability to connect with the internet in my room. This was a problem with all my electronics. Every time I had to check my email; I had to go to the lobby. This is a deal breaker.

We enjoyed our stay. We have been staying there for years around Christmas time. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is great and the pool is a nice escape.

First time at this hotel in a couple of years. They’ve remodeled the foyer and the rooms. Both are very nice and modern. The bed unfortunately was very uncomfortable, much too soft for our liking.

There was a family of maybe 20 people staying and had their children running up and down the halls until 10pm. The front desk had a couple complaints, me being one of them, and nothing was ultimately done about it in the end. So the sleep sucked but other tham tbag really nice hotel and good pool.
