Very comfortable hotel in walking distance to food, shopping, and sites. Only downside is the lack of onsite parking. The car park is small. Park early, so you dont have to park on the street.

Best room (so large) - best staff and great food
Our room was the best ever, we were on the 5th floor where I believe the largest rooms are located and we wanted a large room for our 6 night stay, but the amazing hotel did not end with a large clean room; the staff (Jessica and others, but we mainly dealt with Jessica at the front desk) was amazing and the restaurant was the best hotel restaurant we have ever experienced, great food and very reasonable prices; location was perfect for walking Limerick

During our 12 day journey around Ireland, I had madethis reservation and I have zero regret! The hotel was modern, extremely clean, in close proximity to everything and best part is it had air conditioning. The hotel restaurant/bar made amazing drinks, the beds were comfortable. We were sad to check out as it was the nicest of the 4 places we had already stayed.

The hotel feels spacious and fairly new. We received and upgrade and very much enjoyed the spacious room. Parking was easy. Breakfast included and was ample and varied. We did the 3 bridges walk from the hotel and called in at the Locke Bar for dinner.

We really liked this Hotel. We stayed two nights of our fourteen nights in Ireland. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was the only Hotel we stayed that had ice machines. The hotel is in walking distance to many sites in Limmerick including John's Castle, the treaty stone and the milk market. The rooms were nice with a modern feel.
