Very convenient hotel for a short stay. Free shuttle from the airport every 15 minutes. Free breakfast included starting at 4 am. Restaurant is great 24/7, although on the website it says it closes at 11pm.

Very convenient hotel for a short visit
Very convenient location if you’re staying for a short time and flying out the next day. We had one day in Lima, took Uber at the hotel and went to the harbour front and Miraflores for ~ 20$. Shuttle to the airport is 24/7 every 15 minutes is free, you just come downstairs with luggage and wait for the next one. Food at the restaurant is great. Breakfast is simple but enough options and it’s included in the price and opens at 4 am, so good even for an early flight. Too expensive for a longer visit and not in a great area to explore the city that really has nothing except for good food.

It took 25 mins to check us in to our room as it wasn't ready, even though check in is from 1400hrs, this was at 0010, the time I emailed the hotel and confirmed we would arrive due to the time of our flight. The shower was then blocked and the bathroom subsequently flooded, so we couldn't shower properly. I rang customer services, who were no help at all, they transfered me and I was told they'd get back in touch, they didn't. Genuinely not impressed! On a positive note, the shuttle service worked well, the room was very nice and the breakfast had a great selection to choose from.

Perfect hotel for being close to the airport. The restaurant for both dinner and breakfast were great. All of the staff we interacted with were very helpful. Also, the beds were surprisingly comfortable.

We had an ealry morning flight out of Lima so we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn. Hotel was clean and service was very good. The breakfast was fantastic. They start serving at 4am for early travelers and it was much better than any Holiday inn breakfast I have ever had. Well done !
