This was a great stay. Room was large with a large tub. Breakfast was ok, not enough of a variety. I didn't like how one staff member looked over me to help someone else who was after me. When I brought it to her attention that I was next to be helped, she just responded, "oh". There was no empathy or apology.

Parking elevator barely fits a small car and no assistance was provided, unsafe parking all dark undergrounds without sensor lights. Rude and racist staff treated us different and demanded proof of booking when check in was done online 24hrs prior to arrival, I've been in many other countries and haven't experienced this type of disrespect especially being Peruvian. Will never book or recommend this place.

As a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe in this property. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to any questions I had regarding Lima and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lima.

Muy buena atención del personal en general, limpio y en buenas condiciones. Buenas opciones de restaurantes a distancia caminando. Las mascota del hotel un a llama de multiples personalidades tiene un micro espacio para adquirir mercadería, un recuerdo simpático. El ruido de la calle y la habitación contigua hasta altas hora de la noches no permite descansar. El buffet del desayuno tiene oportunidad de mejorar.
