Checking in the front desk staff was unpleasant, I was not made aware the pool was closed when checking, later found this out when me and my kids went to swim and the front desk was very rude and didn’t care. The room was musty and a “clean” towel had blood on it. Never again will I stay here!

Would not stay here again until hotel updated.
We were quite disappointed. Have stayed in a couple Country Inn and Suites recently around the US and have likes then. This Hotel is quite dated. Tub and toilet were badly stained. Chair in the room also very dirty. Room heater/cooler made tons of noise as did the refrigerator. Not sure we slept much overnight.

Overall the property is in disrepair. The pool was cloudy and had a foam scum at one end. The pool was the reason we stayed there during our visit to Lima and we chose not to use it after seeing it. The linens, towels, and carpet were stained. The shower curtain had holes in it. There was one roll of TP in the bathroom, and just 2 towels. All the doors were damaged by the "cleaning" staff, the elevator floor was sticky for the last 2 days of our 5-day stay. The breakfast was ok, but the last day the eggs were extremely watery and literally gushed water when eaten. Very unappealing to say the least. The night clerk on Saturday was rude to the people on the phone and to us when we needed our key re-set. Two positive notes are that they responded quickly to a midnight party in the hallway, and the gal who checked us in Wednesday night was cheerful and helpful.

Carpet is dirty and stained in the halls and the room. The room was dirty. When we opened up the sofa bed, there was a ton of trash under it, the sheets were stained and covered in crumbs. We checked out and got a room at another hotel.
