I cannot say enough good things about the incredible, helpful staff at this property! I arrived for the Olympics and the property was brand new! I stayed for about a week. Rooms were quiet and pristinely clean. They have several different room types to choose from. They kindly gave me the best view of Lille! Having food court is super convenient. But the staff and management went above and beyond! They were there around the clock whatever help I needed they were there. Thank you so much!

I would love to give this property a 5 star rating. But as they opened 2 weeks before I arrived, I guess for the start of the Olympics, there were still many teething problems when I was there. But amazing atmosphere. Would recommend it highly .

Endroit atypique et sympathique. Qualité et confort au rendez-vous. Vaste choix de restauration directement sur place. Très bon petit déjeuner. Point a améliorer significativement bruit de la rue très important même pour un samedi soir. Aussi lié à la mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres. Mettre du chauffage dans la chambre avant l’arrivée des clients, surtout avec des enfants.

Superbe.
Je n’ai passé qu’une nuit, mais c’était sympas, je suis juste arrivé le jour où il y avais une intervention d’eau mais, ce n’est pas grave (ça arrive ce genre de chose.) Le seul bémol, c’est juste les escaliers en rapport à la mezzanine, même pour une personne jeune (23 ans dans mon cas) MAIS, sinon, c’était agréable, à la réception l’après-midi, la personne qui m’a accueilli était adorable, et au matin aussi, surtout que c’était ma première fois dans un hôtel. Je recommande bien cette hôtel. (Et qui m’a sauvé car au matin j’avais un rdv à ≈7 minutes de l’hôtel qui m’aurait plus pris de temps au niveau de la gare.) et de plus, il y a aux alentours des petites boutiques ou autre vraiment tout près.

Bon établissement en cours de rodage.
Établissement neuf qui sent encore la peinture, notre chambre était à peine terminée, il manquait encore la trappe au dessus des WC. En cours de rodage, doit apporter quelques améliorations comme une étagère dans la douche pour poser ses affaires sinon vous mettez tout au sol. Pas de nécessaire à café ou thé dans les chambres même pas une bouilloire.

Il s agit d un espace de coworking, il y a vraiment une bonne ambiance. Des gens de toute âge. Le style est vraiment agréable. Le cartier pas très pratique lorsque l'on se déplace en voiture. Les chambres en duplex plutôt surprenant car les marches pour acceder à l espace nuit sont très raide. Pas forcement adapté pour tous.

Chambre très très étroite, pas de porte de douche, pas d’eau chaude la 1ere nuit, les TV ne fonctionnent pas sauf chrome cast. Pas de service de chambre sauf si on le demande (et même en demandant le matin on est obligé de les rappeler). Bar et petite discothèque au rez de chaussée donc on a pas pu dormir avant 2h du matin un samedi soir 😡ça fait quand même beaucoup !!

Hôtel tendance esthétiquement très réussi mais… La personne à la réception était une vraie porte de prison pour ne pas dire carrément désagréable. Pas de verre dans la chambre (alors qu'il faisait très chaud…) et télévision hors service… Bref… de sérieux progrès à accomplir.
