The hotel is nice looking but for the nightly price some things are really lacking. Housekeeping was hit and miss. Some days they left coffee, one day we got no washcloths and twice, no makeup remover wipes. We were on the 6th floor which is two floors below the rooftop restaurant but every evening you could hear the restaurants music until at least midnight. Our in room safe was broken. Front desk staff tried to fix it but couldn’t. I realize the hotel is all about looks but no one cares if a safe in a closet matches the room ascetic, it’s better to have one that is actually useable. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so after every shower, our room was filled with humidity and the mirrors fogged up. One positive, the staff were very friendly/helpful and food was good. Also your view from the hotel is a gas station and train yard.

I was in Lexington for an event at the horse park and I had a lovely stay at the Manchester. It was wonderful to have my little dog with me and not be charged for it. The only bummer is the in room coffee pot didn’t work. Everything else was phenomenal. The staff was attentive and kind.

From the moment you come in the hotel, You’re immersed in the smell of leather and bourbon. The hotel staff were excellent. The rooms are amazing! The bed was so comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful! We really enjoyed the hotel bar and all the servers were fantastic! Absolutely enjoyed our stay here! And the location is really great!

Bar service was not good, waited at table over 15 minutes and was not waited on. Went to bar and ordered it was a a 20 minute wait for 3 drinks,.. later in evening it was a 45 minute wait for meat and cheese plates. Hotel should offer reservations to restaurants on site instead of using a third part app.

My husband and I decided to stay at the Manchester for our honeymoon. It’s was such a wonderful experience. We were greeted with friendly faces and cheerful smiles. We received complimentary champagne upon our arrival. Our room was gorgeous and clean. We ordered room service twice during our stay and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed and evening in the lounge and enjoyed some drinks from the bar. The cleaning ladies were always so kind. The only thing that we didn’t like was how thin the walls were. We could hear the rooms around us talking through the night. Other than that it was wonderful and we definitely will be staying her again!

The room had trash and hair on the towels when we arrived. I reached out to the hotel after we left and never heard anything back. For as much as you pay to stay here, the staff and service was very poor. Nothing is complimentary besides water.

Hotel was spotless inside & outside. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. I can’t give the hotel any more stars only due to the overwhelming smell of air freshener the HVAC system pumps out! Seriously, when I got in the elevator I thought to myself “it can’t be this strong for long”. I was wrong. & the smell would remind you of a strong musk cologne, it was rough. Headache within 15 mins. Had it not been 10pm when I arrived & I had to be on my way at 8 am I’d have politely asked just to leave. Completely ruined what otherwise would been a 5/5 experience.

Excellent hotel. They need to figure out the rooftop restaurant (service was overwhelmed and food was hit-or-miss), but it’s a really nice property, Hip, clean and well run. I would call out the lady who runs the kitchen for the breakfasts and the valets guys - all were awesome.
