Lovely hotel however the beds are awful. Not good mattresses at all. Valets ignored texts to retrieve vehicle multiple times after being instructed to use the texting to get car. Website says free parking. It’s not, you have choice of public lot for $22 a day or valet $24 a day. I consider that a bait and switch. Only a kettle in room to make instant coffee or tea. Shower was awful, no water pressure at all. Way over priced for Lexington KY and for what you get. If you are only interested in looks it’s great but that’s the only good thing about this hotel.

The hotel was really gorgeous. The rooms, bars, and decor was truly fabulous. There were so many options, we didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything from coffee to cocktails. Our complaint was that the outlets didn’t hold our chargers or hair tools bc they were too big.

Beautiful gem in Lexington
The hotel was beautiful, immaculately laid out, clean and felt like I was in a gentleman’s lodge with all the bourbon and decor which had been well thought out. If I’m ever in this part of the world again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay. Staff were friendly and eager to help.

Loved the feel of the Manchester! Warm and cozy and upscale! The food was fantastic! Reminds me of bourbon country, which isn’t surprising as I believe the property started out as a distillery. Staff was friendly and accommodating… Overall great stay! We were doing a college visit with our highschooler, perfect location for university of Kentucky! They even have a shuttle to Rupp arena If you want to catch a game🏀🏀💙

We're so happy to have another hotel option, and a very neat one, in downtown Lexington near Rupp Arena. We love the interior of this hotel, the food is excellent, and the rooms are really nice, cozy. Our only (minor) complaint - no coffee service in the lobby in the morning. I've stayed here several times, and it's a bit of a pain to have to order coffee at the bar, wait on it, and pay $9 for two regular coffees. It is good coffee but bit pricey. And the gal working the bar in the morning this time didn't seem thrilled to get it. Would just be very nice to have a coffee option out and available when there's only the kettle pour-over option in the room.

This is one of the nicest hotels my husband and I have stayed in. The price to quality was unbeatable. It was easy to walk to a bunch of different fun activities. The only downfall is there isn't free parking - it is valet or an overnight paid lot across the street.

We stayed in the bunk bed room and it was very cool! We ate at the rooftop lounge for appetizers and the grand dam for dinner. Both were excellent I will definitely return. One of the best hotels I have stayed at!
