Nice place, friendly staff, clean rooms. Only reason it's not a five-star review is I booked a non smoking room, but there was an ash tray in the room when we arrived, and my husband now has a bad allergy headache.
Room was clean and service at the front desk was excellent! The only negative thing about this experience was that I booked this hotel because I thought they had a accessible hot tub. They had a hot tub but there was a sign saying do not use. I asked the front desk woman why and she told me that I may get electricuted if I got in. Uhhhh well obviously I didn't test that. Other than that my 1 night stay was okay.
The hot tub was not working and who knows for how long (that was the only reason I booked this hotel)
There was one towel, one hand towel and one used wash cloth (possibly) it was not folded, in my room. I had 3 others with me.
The chairs cloth was shredded. And the lady prepping the breakfast area had a dog sitting on her lap.

Booked a double room for non smoking but all that was left was smoking. The whole hall way smelled of cigarettes. Yes, I know it's a smoking section but it was bad. The room itself wasn't bad but it stunk of cigarettes and stale AC. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Excellent area with the restaurants being so close. Wouldn't mind staying again but only if it's non smoking. Disappointed that the pool was close but understandable as into why.

On arrival we found the pool & Hot tub to be closed for a safety issue. All the halls smelled of cigarette smoke!.. Although our room did not. Staff was welcoming & helpful. hair dryer inoperative, replacement not available. no water available at breakfast (even though pictured) fitness equipment dated. probably due for some linen refresh... bed skirt & washcloth stains...Bed & Pillow comfortable...
It was quiet yes, we got there late at night and she refused to let me use my husband's cash at card even though I had an ID and told her Sarah was going to be a deposit if we use cash cuz she wouldn't let us use the card, and we were just tired and wanted our room even though I booked it ahead of time so late tonight about 10:30 at night we use the same credit card had to run to an ATM get cash back and then come back when it took like five or $9 off our card just to get the cash off the card and then take it back into the motel and then she processed it and she talked down on us the whole time like we don't know the hotel business and we don't know their regulations horrible horrible night shift manager.
The staff was great the breakfast was good was happy with everything
